Haiti – FLASH : Frédéric Gonçalves new coach of the senior Grenadières

The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) announces that it has chosen Franco-Portuguese Frédéric Gonçalves as the new head coach of the senior Grenadières.
This appointment follows the voluntary non-renewal of Nicolas Delépine’s contract https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-40217-haiti-football-the-french-coach-nicolas-delepine-will-not-extend-his-contract.html which led our national team to the FIFA World Cup.
Frédéric Gonçalves, holder of a UEFA A License, former Coach of Le Havre Athletic in the French Women’s First Division, obtained a mission contract from the FHF for the Gold Cup qualifiers until the final phase.
With a view to transferring knowledge for future events, the FHF also integrated Marc Ogé into the Grenadières technical team at the rank of Assistant Coach of Gonçalves.
Coach Gonçalves and his team are taking charge of the team and will be at work this September, on the occasion of the first day of the 2024 Gold Cup qualifiers, where the Haitian selection will have to face Costa Rica on Thursday September 21, 2023.
