Following the announcement of the agreement between Claude Joseph and Ariel Henry on the formation of a new Government, the Order appointing the ministers (new and reappointed) was published on Monday, July 19, 2021 in the official journal Le Moniteur.

The ministerial cabinet is made up of 18 ministers : 5 women (27.7%) and 13 men

4 former Ministers are reappointed :

Claude Joseph Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship

Rockefeller Vincent Minister Minister of Justice and Public Security

Michel Patrick Boivert Minister of Economy and Finance

Marie Greta Roy Clément, Minister of Public Health for the Population

Note that Simon Dieusel Desras, entered the Government as Minister of Planning and External Cooperation and that the new Prime Minister Ariel Henry will also be in charge of the Ministry of Social Affairs.
