A 60-year-old man rapes a 14-year-old girl
Théodore Paul (60), taking advantage of the parents’ absence, raped a 14-year-old schoolgirl in the locality of Palmiste (communal section of La Gonâve) who was preparing to go to school. The rapist was arrested.

The Episcopal Conference of Haiti (CEH) urges gangs to lay down their arms and those who support them to give up in order to contribute to the reconstruction of a more just, more humane and more fraternal society. “With brothers, we do not dialogue with arms in hand. Switzerland supports the village of Noailles
