USA : Guy Philippe released today
Sentenced to 9 years in prison by the American courts in 2017 for complicity in money laundering from drug trafficking, the former elected senator Guy Philippe will be released this Thursday, September 7. The information was confirmed by the Creole service of the Voice of America citing a conversation with the former elected senator of Grand’Anse. Upon his release from federal prison in Atlanta, Guy Philippe will be transferred to the US immigration services to be deported to Haiti.
State nursing exams
The Ministry of Public Health informs that the ordinary session of the State examinations for obtaining the Permit to practice in nursing sciences was held in professionalism and transparency on Sunday, September 3rd, 2023 in the departments of the West, North, and South. Rivière Massacre : Haitians close the channel

PNH : A member of a Tibois d’Homme gang killed
Marckenson Jean-Pau (33 years old), from the commune of Gros-Morne, (Artibonite Dept.) was fatally injured in exchanges of fire with the Police at the Saline in Porte-de-Paix. He was an active member of a gang operating in Tibois d’Homme, a locality located on the road linking the commune of Bassin-Bleu to that of Gros-Morne.
