Escape : Investigation almost closed
The General Inspectorate of the National Police of Haiti (IGPNH) announced that the investigation into the escape to the prison of Croix-de-Bouquets is about to be closed. Crisis : Religions for Peace mediating
In order to try to resolve the political crisis in Haiti, at the initiative of the National Alliance of Organized Forces in Solidarity, which continues to advocate dialogue, Religions for Peace has started consultations with the political parties of the opposition and the National Palace. However, the task of mediator once again proves to be an impossible mission as the opposition already poses as a precondition the recognition of the end of the mandate of President Moïse on February 7, 2021.
3 young men executed
Wednesday April 7 in the Marin 26 neighborhood (Commune of Croix-des-Bouquets) heavily armed individuals shot three young men before setting the bodies on fire.

EDH runs out of fuel, reduced electricity
The Directorate General of EDH informs the public that the institution’s main supplier is facing difficulties in supplying the power plants with fuel. This will result in a significant reduction in the company’s power generation capacity. The General Directorate would like to apologize to its customers for the inconvenience this situation may cause them.
