The Prime Minister ai, Dr Claude Joseph, presents his deep sympathies and his condolences to their relatives, friends and allies.
The Government vehemently condemns these abominable actions and the indiscriminate violence which sows disturbance and mourning in all layers of the Haitian population.
The Minister of Justice and Public Security and the Director General ai of the National Police are instructed by the Head of Government to take all the necessary measures to identify the perpetrators of these acts, prosecute them and punish them in accordance with the laws of the Republic.
These odious crimes and reprehensible actions can never go unpunished in a democratic society.”
